Rocco’s Dream Comes True!
Rocco was thrilled to meet Stevie Wonder backstage at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City, and he even played on Stevie’s keyboard -- “You are the Sunshine of My Life,” in his own jazz style, impressing everyone, especially Stevie. Rocco gave him a note in Braille, which was special to Stevie since they are both blind due to premature birth. October 28, 2007

Backstage at The Kimmel Center in Philadelphia after a Peter Nero and The Philly Pops concert, Rocco had a great time hanging out with the stars. This concert was titled “I Love Lucie”. Here he is with Lucie Arnaz. He loved her music and, as he told Lucie, she was “really, really, really, really great!”

Rocco had a great conversation with the maestro himself, Mr. Peter Nero. They share an interest in technology and as Peter says, they are both technocrats!

Here is Rocco with Ron Abel, the fabulous arranger and composer who is Lucie’s music director and a new friend of Rocco’s.

Rocco’s favorite music is jazz standards and what could be better than to be Tony Bennett’s guest at Caesars Casino and Hotel in Atlantic City to hear this legendary performer sing the music Rocco sings! When Tony met Rocco and heard he had perfect pitch, he immediately asked for a copy of his CD! August 24, 2007
